What should I do in case of damage caused by cargo company?

If the cargo company has delivered the package to you broken, crushed, torn, or damaged in any way, keep a report with the courier who brought you this package, sign it mutually, and take photos of your package.

Within 24 hours, please send us a photo of the damaged cargo and your product, the report signed by the relevant names, and your order code by CREATING A SUPPORT REQUEST.

For damages caused by the cargo company, the warranty period is a maximum of 24 hours from the time of receipt of the book. Therefore, you must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours.

Please send your damaged product or products to us by any shipment company with reverse charge. As soon as we receive your damaged products, your new products will be sent to you free of charge.
