What should I do in case of damage or errors in the books I have purchased?

In case of damage or errors in the books you have purchased;

If you receive your shipment intact but find any damage, such as missing pages, misprints, tears, etc., in the book or books you purchased from us, please follow the instructions below.

Create a SUPPORT REQUEST and inform us about your situation with photos.

Send your damaged product or products to us by any cargo company with reverse charge.

As soon as we receive your damaged products, your new products will be sent to you free of charge.

In case of missing or damage caused, the warranty period is a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.


1 ) Damaged product can only be replaced with a similar product. It cannot be exchanged for another product.

2 ) In cases where the maximum warranty period has been exceeded, no claims will be processed.
