ARTICLE 3A – One-to-One Private Live Online Lessons

3A.1 Purchase, Registration, and Commencement of Lessons

a) In the event that the Student (Service Recipient) purchases one-to-one private live online lessons, MyECO shall contact the Student (Service Recipient) and arrange the lesson schedule within no later than 5 (five) business days. MyECO undertakes to commence the lessons on the course commencement date agreed upon by the parties. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, one-to-one private live online lessons shall generally commence within 15 (fifteen) business days.

b) The course period shall mean the period between the Course Commencement Date, on which the first scheduled lesson is to be conducted, and the Course Completion Date, on which the final scheduled lesson is to be conducted, as agreed by the parties.

c) If, except in cases of Force Majeure, MyECO fails to commence the lessons within 15 (fifteen) business days from the course commencement date agreed upon by the parties, the full amount paid shall, upon the Student's (Service Recipient's) written request, be refunded using the payment method used for the original purchase, excluding any non-refundable statutory charges, payment processing fees, or service fees collected by intermediary payment service providers, where applicable.

d) If the lessons are commenced on the course commencement date agreed upon by the parties or within the maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days permitted under this Article, the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund provisions set out in this Agreement and in the special provisions applicable to the purchased service shall apply thereafter.

3A.2 Cancellation of Purchased One-to-One Private Live Online Lessons

a) If the Student (Service Recipient) submits a cancellation request at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the course commencement date agreed upon by the parties, 100% of the course fee paid shall be refunded to the Service Recipient.

b) If the Student (Service Recipient) submits a cancellation request less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the course commencement date agreed upon by the parties, 90% of the course fee paid shall be refunded to the Service Recipient. The remaining 10% shall be retained to cover teacher scheduling, administrative procedures, preparation of educational materials, payment processing costs, and organizational expenses.

c) Any refund to which the Service Recipient becomes entitled under this Article shall be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days following MyECO's approval of the cancellation request, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

3A.3 Cancellation and Refund Conditions After the Commencement of One-to-One Private Live Online Lessons

a) If the Student (Service Recipient) exercises their right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) business days following the completion of the first lesson and no later than 2 (two) lesson days, a 10% deduction shall be applied to the total course fee. After deducting the fees for the lessons already received, together with any commissions and other transaction costs charged by payment service providers, the remaining amount shall be processed for refund within 15 (fifteen) business days following MyECO's approval of the cancellation request, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

b) If the Student (Service Recipient) wishes to cancel the course after completing 2 (two) lesson days, the fees for the lessons already received, applicable taxes and statutory financial obligations, together with any commissions and transaction costs charged by payment service providers, shall be deducted from the total course fee. A cancellation deduction equal to 50% of the remaining amount shall then be applied. The balance shall be processed for refund within 15 (fifteen) business days following MyECO's approval of the cancellation request, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

c) The fact that the service fee has been agreed to be paid in installments shall not eliminate or postpone the Service Recipient's payment obligations arising under this Agreement. In the event of cancellation or refund, any unpaid installments, outstanding debts that have become due and payable, and any other amounts required to be collected under this Agreement may be set off against the refund amount to which the Service Recipient becomes entitled. MyECO reserves the right to carry out such set-off unilaterally.

d) The 10% and 50% cancellation deductions specified above are applied to cover teacher scheduling, instructor reservations, administrative procedures, educational organization, preparation of educational materials, technical infrastructure costs, payment processing expenses, operational planning, and similar service-related costs.

e) If, after the commencement of the course and following the completion of 2 (two) lesson days, the Student (Service Recipient) is unable to continue the course due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, compulsory travel, military service, education, a change of employment, or any similar Force Majeure event, the Student (Service Recipient) shall have the right to request a suspension of their enrollment in order to avoid any loss of rights.

If MyECO approves the suspension request, the Student's (Service Recipient's) remaining lesson entitlement after the lessons already received shall be reserved for a maximum period of 8 (eight) weeks. During this period, the Student (Service Recipient) may contact MyECO and resume the course from where it was suspended.

Where deemed necessary, MyECO may request that the Force Majeure event be substantiated by appropriate supporting documents or official records. The Student (Service Recipient) agrees to provide such documentation within a reasonable period.

If, upon the expiry of the 8 (eight)-week suspension period, the Student (Service Recipient) fails to contact MyECO in order to resume the course, all unused lessons shall be deemed to have been completed and the relevant services shall be deemed to have been fully provided. In such event, the Student (Service Recipient) shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, lesson transfer, or any similar claim.

If it becomes necessary to cancel the course entirely during the suspension period, the cancellation and refund provisions set out in this Agreement shall apply.

f) The cancellation and refund provisions set out in this Article shall apply where the Service Recipient voluntarily withdraws from the service.

If, due to war, natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of public authorities, international crises, internet or infrastructure outages, technical system failures, power outages, disruptions affecting payment systems, or any similar Force Majeure events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, it becomes temporarily impossible to provide the service as planned, MyECO may postpone the service dates, revise the course schedule, use alternative platforms, or make reasonable changes to the manner in which the service is provided.

The Student (Service Recipient) acknowledges and agrees that such reasonable changes made due to Force Majeure shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

3A.4 Scheduling, Attendance, and Lesson Rescheduling for One-to-One Private Live Online Lessons

a) The Student (Service Recipient) is required to attend the purchased one-to-one private live online lessons on the scheduled dates and at the scheduled times. Regular attendance is essential for the proper delivery of the educational program as planned and for achieving the intended learning objectives.

Except in cases of Force Majeure, the Student (Service Recipient) shall not be entitled to miss one-to-one private live online lessons. However, if attendance is not possible due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, compulsory travel, or any similar Force Majeure event, the Student (Service Recipient) may request the rescheduling of lessons representing up to 20% of the total course duration.

For example, if the Student (Service Recipient) has purchased a 100-hour course, a maximum of 20 lesson hours may be rescheduled. Any absences exceeding this limit shall be deemed to constitute lessons that have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided, and such lessons shall be deducted from the Student's (Service Recipient's) total lesson entitlement.

Lessons rescheduled due to Force Majeure should, as a general rule, be completed before the Course Completion Date. For lessons that cannot be completed by the Course Completion Date, MyECO may grant an additional completion period of up to 8 (eight) weeks. Any lessons not completed by the end of such additional period shall be deemed to have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided.

If the Student (Service Recipient) wishes to reschedule or postpone a scheduled lesson, the Student (Service Recipient) shall notify MyECO at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Notifications made directly to the teacher are provided for informational purposes only and shall not constitute official notice to MyECO. MyECO shall not be held liable for any loss of rights, scheduling errors, communication failures, or any other adverse consequences arising from the Student's (Service Recipient's) failure to submit requests for lesson rescheduling, postponement, or similar requests to MyECO in accordance with the procedure set out herein.

Any request for rescheduling or cancellation made less than 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled lesson start time, as well as any failure to attend a lesson without prior notice, shall result in the lesson being deemed to have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided. Such lessons shall be deducted from the Student's (Service Recipient's) total lesson entitlement, and

no make-up lesson, refund, or any other claim shall arise in respect of such lessons.

In exceptional and verifiable circumstances, MyECO may, at its sole discretion, grant an exceptional make-up lesson. However, such practice shall not create any acquired right, shall not constitute a continuing practice, and shall not serve as a precedent.

b) Feedback, suggestions, and complaints regarding lessons, teachers, educational materials, technical infrastructure, scheduling processes, and any other services provided by MyECO are important for improving the quality of the services. The Student (Service Recipient) agrees to submit any such requests, suggestions, or complaints to MyECO in writing. Requests, suggestions, or complaints that have not been submitted to MyECO in writing, have not been documented, or have not been communicated within a reasonable period may not be taken into consideration.

c) Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, one lesson hour shall consist of 50 (fifty) minutes of instruction followed by a 10 (ten)-minute break. MyECO reserves the right to make reasonable changes to lesson durations and break arrangements depending on the nature of the educational program, the teaching methodology, or the type of service purchased.

d) The Student (Service Recipient) is expected to complete all necessary technical preparations in advance so as to be ready to begin the lesson at the scheduled start time and to be present at the scheduled lesson time. Any technical or personal delays attributable to the Student (Service Recipient) or to third parties shall not entitle the Student (Service Recipient) to an extension of the lesson duration.

ARTICLE 3B – Live Online Group Lessons

3B.1 Definition and Scope of Group Lessons

a) Live online group lessons are private group educational services in which 2 (two) or more Students (Service Recipients) participating in the same educational program receive live instruction simultaneously from a teacher appointed by MyECO.

Live online group lessons may be specially arranged for family members, spouses, groups of friends, company employees, institutional personnel, or other participants who wish to study together.

The lesson days, lesson times, lesson durations, participants, and educational program for group lessons shall be determined by mutual agreement between MyECO and the Service Recipients.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any scheduling made in relation to group lessons shall be deemed to have been made on behalf of the entire group. The inability of one or more group members to attend a lesson shall not require the lesson to be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled.

b) Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyECO does not create private live online group lessons consisting of individuals who do not already know one another. The group composition shall be determined by the participants themselves or by the relevant institution, and the educational services shall be planned specifically for that group.

The Online English Speaking Club services constitute an exception to this provision. Speaking Club activities may be organized as mixed-group sessions bringing together different participants for the purposes of communication, speaking practice, and social interaction.

3B.2 Scheduling and Commencement of Purchased Live Online Group Lessons

a) If the Student (Service Recipient) purchases live online group lessons, MyECO shall contact the Student (Service Recipient) and complete the registration process within no later than 5 (five) business days, and shall arrange placement in an appropriate group program. MyECO undertakes to commence the group lessons on the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, live online group lessons shall generally commence within 15 (fifteen) business days.

b) The Course Period means the period between the Course Commencement Date, on which the first scheduled group lesson is to be conducted, and the Course Completion Date, on which the final group lesson is to be conducted.

c) If, except in cases of Force Majeure, MyECO fails to commence the group lessons within 15 (fifteen) business days from the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties, the full amount paid shall, upon the Student's (Service Recipient's) written request, be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, excluding any non-refundable statutory transaction fees and service charges collected by intermediary payment service providers, where applicable.

d) If the group lessons commence on the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties or within the maximum 15 (fifteen)-business-day period provided under this Article, the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund provisions set out in this Agreement and in the special provisions applicable to the purchased service shall apply thereafter.

3B.3 Cancellation of Purchased Live Online Group Lessons

a) If the Student (Service Recipient) submits a cancellation request at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties, 100% of the course fee paid shall be refunded to the Service Recipient.

b) If the Student (Service Recipient) submits a cancellation request less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties, 90% of the course fee paid shall be refunded to the Service Recipient. The remaining 10% shall be retained to cover group scheduling, teacher scheduling, administrative procedures, preparation of educational materials, payment processing costs, and organizational expenses.

c) Any refund to which the Service Recipient becomes entitled under this Article shall be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days following MyECO's approval of the cancellation request, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

3B.4 Cancellation and Refund Conditions After the Commencement of Live Online Group Lessons

a) If the Student (Service Recipient) exercises their right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) business days following the completion of the first lesson and no later than 2 (two) lesson days, a 10% deduction shall be applied to the total course fee.

MyECO reserves the right to carry out such set-off unilaterally.

d) The 10% and 50% cancellation deductions specified above are applied to cover group scheduling, teacher scheduling, instructor reservations, administrative procedures, educational organization, preparation of educational materials, technical infrastructure costs, payment processing expenses, operational planning, and similar service-related costs.

e) If, after the commencement of the course and following the completion of 2 (two) lesson days, the Student (Service Recipient) is unable to continue the course due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, compulsory travel, military service, education, a change of employment, or any similar Force Majeure event, the Student (Service Recipient) shall have the right to request a suspension of their enrollment in order to avoid any loss of rights.

Approval of a suspension request for live online group lessons shall not guarantee that the same group composition, the same teacher, the same lesson schedule, or the same educational program will be available when the suspension period ends.

Following the expiry of the suspension period, the Student's (Service Recipient's) ability to rejoin the group lessons shall be subject to the continued availability of the relevant group, the participation of the other group members, the teacher's availability, and MyECO's operational planning. MyECO does not guarantee that the suspended group lessons will resume or that the same group structure will be re-established.

In such cases, the Student (Service Recipient) may continue their education by forming a new group or joining another suitable existing group. If neither option is possible, the Student (Service Recipient) may continue to use their remaining lesson entitlement only by transferring to the One-to-One Private Live Online Lesson format upon payment of the applicable price difference.

If it becomes necessary to cancel the course entirely during the suspension period, the cancellation and refund provisions set out in this Agreement shall apply.

If, upon the expiry of the 8 (eight)-week suspension period, the Student (Service Recipient) fails to contact MyECO in order to resume the course, all unused lessons shall be deemed to have been completed and the relevant services shall be deemed to have been fully provided. In such event, the Student (Service Recipient) shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, lesson transfer, or any similar claim.

f) The cancellation and refund provisions set out in this Article shall apply where the Service Recipient voluntarily withdraws from the group educational services.

As live online group lessons are educational services planned jointly for multiple participants, the inability of one or more group members to continue the course, their withdrawal from the course, or their discontinuation of the educational services shall not affect the educational program planned for the remaining participants and shall not require the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling of the group lessons, or the payment of any refund.

3B.5 Scheduling, Attendance, and Lesson Rescheduling for Live Online Group Lessons

a) The Student (Service Recipient) is required to attend the purchased live online group lessons on the scheduled dates and at the scheduled times. Regular attendance is essential for the proper delivery of the educational program as planned and for achieving the intended learning objectives.

Individual absences are not permitted in live online group lessons. Any lesson that the Student (Service Recipient) fails to attend shall be deemed to have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided. Such lessons shall be deducted from the Student's (Service Recipient's) total lesson entitlement, and no make-up lesson, refund, or any other claim shall arise in respect of such lessons.

However, if the Student (Service Recipient) is unable to attend a lesson due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, or any similar Force Majeure event, the Student (Service Recipient) may, at their own discretion, purchase a discounted One-to-One Private Live Online Lesson in accordance with MyECO's then-current pricing and promotional terms. Such arrangement shall not constitute a make-up lesson but shall be regarded as a separate educational service.

If all group members are unable to attend a scheduled lesson due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, compulsory travel, or any similar Force Majeure event, a request may be made to reschedule lessons representing up to 20% of the total course duration.

For example, if a 100-hour educational program has been purchased, a maximum of 20 lesson hours may be rescheduled. Any absences exceeding this limit shall be deemed to constitute lessons that have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided, and such lessons shall be deducted from the group's total lesson entitlement.

Requests to change or postpone lesson dates on behalf of the group shall be submitted to MyECO by the group representative or by a person authorized in writing by the group. Notifications made and decisions taken by the group representative or the authorized person shall be binding upon all group members.

If the group representative or the person authorized by the group wishes to reschedule or postpone a scheduled lesson, they shall notify MyECO at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Notifications made directly to the teacher are provided for informational purposes only and shall not constitute official notice to MyECO. MyECO shall not be held liable for any loss of rights, scheduling errors, communication failures, or any other adverse consequences arising from the group's failure to submit requests for lesson rescheduling, postponement, or similar requests to MyECO in accordance with the procedure set out herein.

If a request for rescheduling or cancellation is made less than 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled lesson start time, or if the group fails to attend the lesson without prior notice, the relevant lesson shall be deemed to have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided. Such lessons shall be deducted from the group's total lesson entitlement, and no make-up lesson, refund, or any other claim shall arise in respect of such lessons.

Any technical or personal delays attributable to the Student (Service Recipient), other group members, or third parties shall not entitle the Student (Service Recipient) to an extension of the lesson duration.

c) Kiddy English programs are offered exclusively in the One-to-One Private Live Online Lesson format. Group lessons are not provided, taking into account children's age groups, attention spans, individual learning pace, and educational effectiveness.

d) The primary objective of Kiddy English programs is to help children acquire English naturally, develop their communication skills, build age-appropriate vocabulary and language structures, increase their self-confidence, and develop a positive attitude toward learning English.

4.2 Parent Responsibility and Authorization

a) The purchase of Kiddy English programs, registration procedures, lesson scheduling, cancellation and refund requests, enrollment suspension requests, and all other official notices, requests, and communications with MyECO shall be carried out on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) by the student's parent, legal representative, or legal guardian.

b) The parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) acknowledges and represents that they are legally authorized to act on the student's behalf and possess all necessary permissions, approvals, and legal authority to do so. All applications, approvals, declarations, requests, and other actions carried out by such persons on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) shall be deemed to have been made by the Student (Service Recipient) and shall be binding for the purposes of this Agreement.

c) The parent, legal representative, or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the student is ready to participate in the scheduled lessons, attends the lessons on time, has the necessary technical infrastructure prepared in advance, remains in an age-appropriate and safe environment during the lessons, and participates in the educational program on a regular basis.

d) A student's lack of attention due to age, lack of motivation, unwillingness to participate in lessons, incomplete technical preparations, problems relating to internet or device usage, or any similar circumstances shall not prevent the application of the lesson scheduling, attendance, cancellation, enrollment suspension, or refund provisions set out in this Agreement.

4.3 Cancellation of Purchased Kiddy English Programs

a) If the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) submits a cancellation request at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties, 100% of the course fee paid shall be refunded to the Service Recipient.

b) If the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) submits a cancellation request less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the Course Commencement Date agreed upon by the parties, 90% of the course fee paid shall be refunded to the Service Recipient.

4.4 Cancellation and Refund Conditions After the Commencement of the Kiddy English Program

a) If the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) exercises the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) business days following the completion of the Student's first lesson and no later than 2 (two) lesson days, a 10% deduction shall be applied to the total course fee. After deducting the fees for the lessons already received, together with any commissions and other transaction costs charged by payment service providers, the remaining amount shall be processed for refund within 15 (fifteen) business days following MyECO's approval of the cancellation request, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

b) If the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) wishes to cancel the course after the Student has completed 2 (two) lesson days, the fees for the lessons already received, applicable taxes and statutory financial obligations, together with any commissions and transaction costs charged by payment service providers, shall be deducted from the total course fee.

MyECO reserves the right to carry out such set-off unilaterally.

d) The 10% and 50% cancellation deductions specified above are applied to cover teacher scheduling, instructor reservations, administrative procedures, educational organization, preparation of educational materials, technical infrastructure costs, payment processing expenses, operational planning, and similar service-related costs.

e) If, after the commencement of the course and following the completion of 2 (two) lesson days, the Student (Service Recipient) is unable to continue the educational program due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, compulsory travel, or any similar Force Majeure event, the Student (Service Recipient) shall have the right to request a suspension of enrollment in order to avoid any loss of rights.

If MyECO approves the suspension request, the Student's (Service Recipient's) remaining lesson entitlement after the lessons already received shall be reserved for a maximum period of 8 (eight) weeks. During this period, the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) may contact MyECO and resume the educational program from where it was suspended.

Where deemed necessary, MyECO may request that the Force Majeure event be substantiated by appropriate supporting documents or official records. The parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) agrees to provide such documentation within a reasonable period.

If, upon the expiry of the 8 (eight)-week suspension period, the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) fails to contact MyECO, all unused lessons shall be deemed to have been completed and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided. In such event, the Student (Service Recipient) shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, lesson transfer, or any similar claim.

If it becomes necessary to cancel the course entirely during the suspension period, the cancellation and refund provisions set out in this Agreement shall apply.

f) The cancellation and refund provisions set out in this Article shall apply where the Service Recipient voluntarily withdraws from the educational services.

A student's lack of attention due to age, lack of motivation, unwillingness to participate in lessons, crying during lessons, leaving a lesson early, requiring parental assistance, the parent failing to ensure that the student is ready to attend the lesson, or any similar personal circumstances shall not, by themselves, give rise to any right to a refund, enrollment suspension, make-up lesson, or any other claim.

4.5 Scheduling, Attendance, and Lesson Rescheduling for Kiddy English Programs

a) The Student (Service Recipient) is required to attend the purchased Kiddy English One-to-One Private Live Online Lessons on the scheduled dates and at the scheduled times. Regular attendance is essential to ensure the student's age-appropriate language development and to achieve the intended educational objectives.

Except in cases of Force Majeure, there is no right of absence under the Kiddy English programs. However, if attendance is not possible due to health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, compulsory travel, or any similar Force Majeure event, the Student (Service Recipient) may request the rescheduling of lessons representing up to 20% of the total course duration.

For example, if a 100-hour educational program has been purchased, a maximum of 20 lesson hours may be rescheduled.

If the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) wishes to reschedule or postpone a scheduled lesson, they shall notify MyECO at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Notifications made directly to the teacher are provided for informational purposes only and shall not constitute official notice to MyECO. MyECO shall not be held liable for any loss of rights, scheduling errors, communication failures, or any other adverse consequences arising from the failure to submit requests for lesson rescheduling, postponement, or similar requests to MyECO in accordance with the procedure set out herein.

If a request for rescheduling or cancellation is made less than 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled lesson start time, or if the Student (Service Recipient) fails to attend the lesson without prior notice, the relevant lesson shall be deemed to have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided. Such lessons shall be deducted from the Student's (Service Recipient's) total lesson entitlement, and no make-up lesson, refund, or any other claim shall arise in respect of such lessons.

The parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) agrees to submit any such requests, suggestions, or complaints to MyECO in writing. Requests, suggestions, or complaints that have not been submitted to MyECO in writing, have not been documented, or have not been communicated within a reasonable period may not be taken into consideration.

c) Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, one lesson shall consist of 45 (forty-five) minutes of live instruction. MyECO reserves the right to make reasonable changes to lesson durations and teaching methods depending on the nature of the educational program, the teaching methodology, or the type of service purchased.

d) The parent, legal representative, or legal guardian acting on behalf of the Student (Service Recipient) is expected to complete all necessary technical preparations in advance so that the Student (Service Recipient) is ready to begin the lesson at the scheduled start time and is available at the scheduled lesson time. Any technical or personal delays attributable to the Student (Service Recipient), the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian, or any third party shall not entitle the Student (Service Recipient) to an extension of the lesson duration.

4.6 Educational Program and Pedagogical Arrangements

a) MyECO reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the lesson content, educational materials used, teaching methods, teacher assignments, lesson scheduling, and the educational program in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the educational services, taking into account the Student's (Service Recipient's) age, language proficiency, individual learning pace, developmental characteristics, educational needs, and pedagogical requirements.

b) Taking into consideration the best interests of the Student (Service Recipient) and the sustainability of the educational services, MyECO may implement a change of teacher, modify the educational program, revise the lesson schedule, or apply any other necessary educational measures where justified by the Student's (Service Recipient's) age, developmental level, academic needs, behavior, pedagogical requirements, teacher evaluations, the failure of the parent, legal representative, or legal guardian to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement, communication or cooperation problems that materially hinder the proper delivery of the educational services with MyECO, or any other legitimate reasons preventing the educational services from being provided safely, efficiently, and effectively.

If, despite such measures, the educational services cannot reasonably be continued, MyECO reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for just cause and discontinue the educational services.

ARTICLE 5 – Online English Speaking Club

5.1 Definition and Scope

a) The Online English Speaking Club (Speaking Club) is a community-based live online educational service designed to enable participants to practice speaking English, develop their communication skills, interact with other participants, and actively use English in natural communication environments.

b) The Speaking Club service is an educational service of a different nature from One-to-One Private Live Online Lessons and Live Online Group Lessons. The primary purpose of the Speaking Club service is to provide participants with regular speaking practice and social language interaction. Under this service, MyECO does not guarantee instruction by a particular teacher, the continuity of a fixed group of participants, the complete delivery of a specific educational program, the achievement of a particular language proficiency level, or the attainment of any academic outcome.

c) Speaking Club activities are organized as live online group events in which different participants come together. Participants acknowledge and agree that the other participants attending the activities, the teachers, the group size, the lesson content, the activity format, the days and times of the activities, the discussion topics, and the activity schedule may be changed by MyECO in accordance with its operational and educational requirements.

5.2 Membership and Participation

a) Upon registering for the Speaking Club program, the Student (Service Recipient) shall be entitled to participate in a total of 8 (eight) lesson hours of live online Speaking Club activities during the relevant program period. The Speaking Club program is offered in 4 (four)-week periods, during which participants attend activities consisting of 2 (two) lesson hours held once per week. The Speaking Club service does not operate on an automatically renewing subscription basis and does not provide perpetual membership. If they wish, the Student (Service Recipient) may register again for a new program period after the relevant period has ended.

b) The Student (Service Recipient) is responsible for attending the scheduled Speaking Club activities on time, ensuring that the necessary technical infrastructure is available throughout the activity, and actively participating in the activities. If the Student (Service Recipient) joins an activity late or leaves before it has ended, no make-up activity, extension of time, refund, or any other claim shall arise in respect of the missed portion of the activity. The inability to participate in an activity due to technical or personal reasons attributable to the Student (Service Recipient) or any third party shall not give rise to any right to a make-up activity, refund, transfer of registration, or any other claim.

c) The Student (Service Recipient) agrees to behave respectfully toward other participants, teachers, and MyECO representatives; to comply with the applicable laws, generally accepted principles of public morality, and the Speaking Club Community Rules published by MyECO; and to refrain from any conduct that may disrupt the orderly operation of the activities.

d) If MyECO determines that the Student (Service Recipient) has engaged in insulting, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful conduct, harassment, disruptive behavior, the sharing of inappropriate content, conduct that disrupts the activities, violations of the Community Rules, or any conduct contrary to this Agreement, MyECO reserves the right, where deemed necessary and without prior notice, to terminate the Student's (Service Recipient's) Speaking Club membership temporarily or permanently by unilateral decision. In such event, no refund shall be made for any unused activity entitlements. Any other rights of MyECO arising under this Agreement or the applicable laws shall remain reserved.

5.3 Cancellation and Refund

a) As the Speaking Club service is a community-based live online educational service offered on a program-period basis, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, there shall be no right to cancel, obtain a refund, suspend membership, transfer activities, assign membership, or carry forward any unused activity entitlements to subsequent program periods in respect of the purchased membership fee.

b) If the Student (Service Recipient) is unable to attend a scheduled Speaking Club activity, the relevant activity shall be deemed to have been conducted, completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided. No refund, credit, activity transfer, make-up activity, or any other claim shall arise in respect of activities that the Student (Service Recipient) failed to attend.

c) In the event of health problems, an accident, a natural disaster, or any similar documented Force Majeure event, MyECO may, entirely at its discretion, offer a make-up activity, an additional activity, participation in an alternative activity, or a similar solution. However, such practice shall not create any obligation on the part of MyECO, shall not constitute a continuing practice, and shall not serve as a precedent.

5.4 MyECO's Right to Make Changes

a) MyECO reserves the right to change the teachers, moderators, activity days and times, number of activities, activity durations, activity content, proficiency levels, number of participants, technical infrastructure used, live online educational platforms, organizational structure, and educational planning in connection with the operation of the Speaking Club service.

b) Where justified by technical reasons, operational needs, changes in instructors, participant numbers, the need to maintain service quality, Force Majeure events, or any similar legitimate reasons, MyECO may reschedule activities, combine or divide activities, postpone or cancel activities, or replace them with other activities that it considers appropriate.

c) Where deemed necessary, MyECO may make reasonable changes to the Speaking Club proficiency levels, program structure, membership model, activity format, or other elements relating to the scope of the service, or may discontinue the Speaking Club service in whole or in part. Subject to any mandatory rights arising under the applicable laws, such changes shall not, by themselves, give rise to any right to a refund, compensation, or any other claim.

d) The Student (Service Recipient) acknowledges that the Speaking Club service is community-based and dynamic in nature and agrees that reasonable changes made by MyECO for the purpose of ensuring the sustainability of the educational services, meeting operational needs, and maintaining service quality shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 6 – Digital Products

6.1 Definition and Scope

a) Digital products include e-books, PDF documents, study materials, digital lesson notes, video courses, question banks, practice exercises, mock examinations, audio files, downloadable content, online educational content, and all other digital educational materials provided electronically by MyECO.

b) Digital products may be offered independently from the live online educational services or may be provided as a complementary part of other educational services offered by MyECO.

c) Delivery of a digital product shall be deemed completed, and the relevant services deemed to have been fully provided, once the product has been assigned to the Student's (Service Recipient's) user account, made available electronically, or made available for download.

d) Certain digital products produced, developed, licensed, promoted, recommended, or sold by MyECO may also be offered through third-party websites, mobile applications, or digital educational platforms. In such cases, the purchase, registration procedures, access, use, account management, technical infrastructure, payment processing, refund policies, terms of use, privacy policies, and all other service conditions relating to the relevant digital product shall be governed by the agreements, policies, and rules of the relevant third-party platform.

e) MyECO shall not be held liable for decisions made by third-party platforms, account suspension or termination, access restrictions, technical problems, system interruptions, price changes, changes to membership conditions, access periods, content updates, refund practices, or any circumstances arising from the policies or practices of such third-party platforms. The Student (Service Recipient) acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of any dispute, claim, or request relating to such matters, the terms of use and policies of the relevant third-party platform shall apply, and that any necessary applications or requests shall be submitted directly to the relevant third-party platform.
