f) All or any part of the content provided by MyECO shall benefit from the protection afforded by the applicable laws, regardless of whether it is registered or unregistered, published or unpublished, completed or under development, or intended to be created in the future. Unless otherwise required by law or the explicit consent of the relevant person has been obtained, such recordings shall not be shared with third parties for commercial promotional purposes.
f) Users participating in live training are required to respect the personality rights, privacy, and personal data of other participants. The user may not use any information, image, audio, correspondence, or other content obtained during live training in a manner that infringes the rights of the relevant persons or violates the applicable laws.

• in any other medium, without limitation.
The user may not reproduce, modify, imitate, create confusingly similar versions of, or enable third parties to use such elements in any of the foregoing ways.
d) The user may not make any statement, promotion, or use that may create the impression that a partnership, distributorship, franchise, representation, licensing partnership, business partnership, official cooperation, sponsorship, or similar legal relationship exists between the user and MyECO. Without MyECO’s prior express written permission, the user may not claim to act on behalf of MyECO or to have been authorized by MyECO.
e) The user may not, in violation of the applicable laws, register, use, or contribute to the registration or use by third parties of any trademark, trade name, business name, domain name, social media account, username, or other digital identity element that is identical or confusingly similar to MyECO’s trademarks or distinctive signs.

b) MyECO’s use of any third-party trademark, name, logo, work, software, platform, or other intellectual or industrial property element shall not be interpreted as creating any ownership right in favor of MyECO, as constituting a transfer of the relevant rights, or as granting the user any authority to use such rights.
c) Where third-party software, communication platforms, payment systems, cloud services, educational technologies, examination systems, or other digital services are used within the scope of MyECO services, the intellectual and industrial property rights and conditions of use relating to such services shall belong to and be determined by the relevant rights holders. When using such services, the user is required to comply with the relevant third parties’ terms of use and the applicable laws.
d) Lawful references made within MyECO’s educational services to academic sources, international examination systems, publishers, educational standards, research, or other third-party content shall not mean that MyECO owns all rights in such content. All intellectual and industrial property rights in the relevant content belong to the relevant rights holders.
e) When using MyECO services, the user may not upload, share, reproduce, or use content in a manner that infringes the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties. The user shall be responsible for any legal liability arising from a breach of this obligation.
f) If it is determined, or if reasonable and concrete indications exist, that the user has infringed the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties, MyECO reserves the right, within the framework of the applicable laws, to take any technical and administrative measures it considers necessary, restrict or remove access to the relevant content, temporarily suspend the user account, or exercise its other contractual and legal rights.
g) The provisions of this Article apply to all third-party software, platforms, technologies, service providers, publishers, educational institutions, payment service providers, and other rights holders currently used or that may be used by MyECO in the future.

d) If the infringement committed by the user also infringes the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties, the rights of the relevant rights holders arising under the applicable laws shall remain reserved. To the extent permitted under the applicable laws, MyECO may cooperate with the relevant rights holders and provide the necessary information or documents to competent administrative or judicial authorities.
e) If MyECO is required to incur legal advisory fees, court costs, enforcement costs, technical investigation costs, or other reasonable expenses due to the user’s violation of this Policy, MyECO’s rights to make claims under the applicable laws and other relevant legal documents shall remain reserved.
f) MyECO’s failure to exercise any right under this Policy immediately, any delay in exercising such right, or its failure to take action in relation to a particular infringement shall not be interpreted as a waiver or loss of that right or as preventing MyECO from exercising the same right in relation to the same or similar infringements in the future.
g) The measures and rights regulated under this Article do not limit any other rights or remedies arising under the applicable laws, other legal documents between the parties, or general principles of law.
a) MyECO adopts respect for intellectual and industrial property rights as a fundamental principle. If it is believed that any right belonging to MyECO or any intellectual or industrial property right belonging to a third party has been infringed, the relevant rights holder or their duly authorized representative may submit a written notification to MyECO.

Where necessary, MyECO may request additional information, documents, or explanations from the applicant or the relevant user.
d) If, following the assessment, a reasonable and concrete conclusion is reached that an infringement may exist, MyECO may take any measures it considers necessary within the scope of its rights arising under the applicable laws, this Policy, and other relevant legal documents. In this context, MyECO may temporarily restrict or remove access to the relevant content, request an explanation from the user, temporarily suspend the user account, or implement any other technical or administrative measures it considers necessary.
e) MyECO reserves the right to reject, request additional information and documents regarding, or decline to process applications that are found to be made in bad faith, false, misleading, or manifestly unfounded. Any legal liability arising from such applications shall belong to the applicant under the applicable laws.
f) The assessment process conducted under this Article shall not eliminate or restrict the rights of the relevant rights holders or users to initiate legal proceedings, apply to competent administrative or judicial authorities, or exercise any other statutory rights available under the applicable laws.

c) If this Policy and another legal document contain different provisions relating to the same matter, the legal document containing the specific provision most appropriate to the nature of the matter shall apply first, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions. Where no specific provision exists, the relevant legal documents shall be considered and interpreted together.
>d) In matters not regulated under this Policy, the provisions of the other relevant legal documents and the applicable laws shall apply.
e) If any provision of this Policy becomes wholly or partially invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid, void, or unenforceable provision shall, to the extent possible, be interpreted and applied in the manner most consistent with the common intention of the parties, the purpose of the Policy, and the applicable laws.
f) MyECO’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right arising under this Policy or other relevant legal documents in relation to a particular matter shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right, a loss of that right, or as preventing MyECO from exercising the same right in the same or similar circumstances in the future.
